Oh man, the Angus beef at Maria's Restaurant was next-level, and the nearby Bolivar Beach Bar served up some wicked cocktails! Plus, the room was spacious with a huge balcony that had a sidelong view of the ocean. Definitely snagging that beautiful room was a score!
Alright, let's be real-the breakfast was pretty basic, just a few options. And they could really use some extra hands to clean tables after the breakfast rush. Still, with the killer location and big rooms, it overall shines through!

A well-equipped hotel with extremely helpful employees who know nothing about customer service. Delicious and excellent breakfast with a great selection of tasty foods.

Great value hotel in a very quiet area with nice views of the sea. Delicious and good breakfast, plenty of meals. Good location, near a bus stop. Small restaurant not too far away from the property.

I enjoyed the clean room and the friendly staff, especially Stefan and George, who were attentive and helpful. The hotel has a lovely location near the beach. The breakfast options were limited, lacking variety and any fruits, disappointing given Greece's excellent produce. The bathroom was awkwardly designed with a very small space, made entering and exiting tricky. The air conditioning needed to be controlled from the reception. Despite these issues, I appreciated the overall cleanliness and the willingness of the staff to assist with our questions. It transformed a challenging situation into a decent stay overall.

Nice free soap in bathroom
Where to begin? As I walked into the room, I was slightly suprised to see a giant mirror at the end of the bed, but I was even more surprised to see a giant mirror on the ceiling. Oh well maybe I've been given the honeymoon suite. I turn on the tv - 3 channels of 24 hour hardcore porn available to watch free of charge. I check the bed for comfort, seems ok. I check the sheet - not exactly dirty, but appear to be what look like semen stains left from some previous visit. In short this is a sex hotel, a seedy place for seedy men to bring their seedy prostitutes. Please consider another hotel.

The venue was great quality and fully equipped, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was easy close enough to sea / beach, excellent dining options and Athens by bus or tram. I've booked executive double room with garden view and everything was fine.

Very friendly staff, rooms are very nice but ask for a room with balkony, it's more big, with bathroom not with shower and with good TV!!! Near to the sea, the beach is free! Near to a lot of disco, supermarkets and caffes!
A big road near and traffic lights very seldom has a green light)

The proximity to the beach was quite nice.
The room I stayed in was filthy, and I found hair and dust everywhere, hard to relax. The air conditioning had to be managed by the front desk, and they were always inflexible about adjusting it. I was also shocked to find that the bathroom had clear signs of age and neglect, with yellow stains and rust that I found unacceptable.

Great location, 3mins away from the best beach and 1 hour away from the centre of Athens by tram. 1 of the receptionists was extremely nice and helpful.

Close to local transport and beach, good value for money. Not so close to main road as to be noisy.
Cleanliness in room wasn't 100% and bed and linen is more like backpacker quality, but nothing wrong with it and fit for purpose. Breakfast as other posts mentioned is sparse, but apparently this is the local standard.

Really nice, small jotele close to seaside, easy access to city center by Tram, close to the beach, friendly staff
continental breakfast, not too much to choose from, but it is standard in Athens (croissants, bans, jam, tea, coffee, juice)

It was great value with a stylish decor. Our location was fantastic and particularly good, near a bus station.
Their staff were very rude.
